The Family Program is an opportunity for Lupus patients to receive a moment of financial freedom from doctor’s visits, medication, and hospital bills. Crowning Lupus understands that living with a chronic illness is not an easy situation. Financially, the costs associated to “Life with Lupus” can create a number of physical, mental, and emotional issues for the survivor and their family support system. Under this program, funding is provided to a patient’s family to assist with the cost of life’s necessities, such as medication.
Through this organization, we serve over 200 people living with lupus in Aiken, South Carolina and the surrounding areas, including New Ellenton, Barnwell, Williston, Jackson, Edgefield, Graniteville, Columbia, Lexington, and Orangeburg. We also serve people living in the following areas of the CSRA regions of Georgia Augusta, Richmond, Evans, Georgetown, and Hephzibah.
